Rebuilding Together DC Alexandria is seeking a fully vaccinated Part-Time Program Assistant for our Program Department. Must be multi-tasker, self-starter, experience with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce. Data entry, vendor schedule coordination and tracking, invoice tracking, maintain client files, making all deadlines and detail-oriented, effective at time management. Answering phone as needed and misc. duties as required by site project staff. Must be comfortable interacting with diverse and in-need population.

Development and Communications Coordinator:

The Development/Communications Coordinator will enhance our organization’s work by focusing on donor management, donor operations (data base management), and outreach. He/She/They will identify new outreach opportunities, continue implementing outreach techniques in practice, and strengthen existing community partnerships and plan community events. He/She/They will work with the Director of Development toidentify, cultivate, and solicit individual and organizational donors. The position reports to the Director of Development. AmeriCorps Project Coordinator:

The AmeriCorps Project Coordinator manages rebuilding projects, beginning with the initial visit to assess the client’s home repair needs, through the completion of the workscope and final project evaluation. They will coordinate with clients, skilled volunteers, community partners, vendors, inspectors, and staff to develop and implement sustainable and effective project logistics practices. The AmeriCorps Project Coordinator will follow up with clients after each project to ensure that the health or safety concerns of the clients were addressed according to the workscope and complete any punch list items.
