Thank you, Target!
What a super group of volunteers. Yesterday, G499 Target volunteers partnered with us at the Children of Mine Youth Center in SE, DC. Children of Mine is a safe haven for youth ages 4-17, where mentoring, learning, and youth development take place. Volunteers painted a mural, built a side walkway, organized the second floor and shed, pruned overgrown trees, installed new flooring in the main room, built a new picnic table, painted the front porch, mulched the playground, and more! The impact of Target’s investment in the community will directly improve the safety and enrichment of children in the Anacostia neighborhood.

Last week, a group of Freddie Mac volunteers provided safe and healthy repairs to a client's home in Alexandria. Volunteers installed grab bars, replaced old stair treads, secured doors, repaired the back porch, and removed weeds and trash from the yard.
Freddie Mac volunteers know always know how to get the job done, thank you for being such an amazing partner to our organization.
